Fokus was founded in 2026, with Islam Askar listed as the team member behind the company, although Fokus does not currently publish a formal founder profile on its website. Built to solve the problem of scattered tasks, calendars, notes, emails, and project tools, Fokus is an AI-powered daily planner that reads your calendar, understands your priorities, and automatically builds a practical schedule around your meetings and deadlines. Its main use case is helping busy professionals, founders, students, designers, marketers, and other knowledge workers organize their day without constantly rebuilding their plans. Users can also use Captain Fokus and its AI crew for task enrichment, goal breakdowns, meeting notes, email triage, voice planning, travel-time scheduling, and other routine work, while integrations with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Notion, Jira, Asana, and Todoist keep everything connected in one workspace. The public beta is currently free, with the upcoming Pro plan listed at $17/month when billed monthly or about $14/month when billed yearly based on the site's displayed EUR pricing, while optional AI add-ons will be available separately.
