Founded in 2015 by entrepreneur and process management expert Alessio Alionço, Pipefy was created after he became frustrated with the expensive and rigid workflow tools available at the time. Pipefy is a no-code process automation and AI-powered workflow platform that helps businesses streamline operations across departments such as HR, finance, legal, customer service, and procurement. Users appreciate its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, customizable workflows, powerful automation features, AI Agents, and ability to connect multiple systems without heavy IT involvement. The platform is trusted by global organizations including IBM, Accenture, Kraft Heinz, and BASF, helping teams reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance. Pipefy offers a free Starter plan for small teams, while Business and Enterprise plans are available through custom pricing based on company needs and scale.
